Why do AD/CVD duties matter?
Antidumping and countervailing duties are product- and producer-specific and can be enormous — often 50% to 300%+, sometimes over 1,000%. They are additive on top of regular duty and the 2025–26 tariffs, assessed per entry, and a new order or scope ruling can apply retroactively to goods already imported. They are the single biggest landed-cost surprise.
How does this lookup work?
It searches the Federal Register for the latest U.S. Department of Commerce (ITA) AD/CVD and trade-remedy notices matching your product or country. It shows active proceedings — initiations, orders, administrative and sunset reviews, and scope rulings. Whether your specific product is "in scope" is legally determined by the order's written scope, so confirm on ACCESS or with counsel.
Can I get alerted to new cases?
Yes. Pro users can watch a product or country term and get a daily email when a new AD/CVD or trade-remedy proceeding matching it is published — so a surprise retroactive duty bill never catches you off guard.
Live data from the Federal Register (U.S. Dept. of Commerce / ITA trade-remedy notices). Whether a specific product is in scope of an order is legally determined by the order's written scope — this lookup surfaces proceedings, it is not a scope determination or legal advice. Confirm on Commerce ACCESS and with a licensed customs broker. AD/CVD rates are not auto-applied in the landed-cost calculator — add them yourself on the calculator.
